Student Council at FH Erfurt

Welcome to the official website of the student council (StuRa) at FH Erfurt. It's our job to represent the interests and concerns of our student community and work towards improving student life at our university.

Who are we?

The student council (StuRa) is the most important student committee at our university and consists of a group of committed students like yourselves who have been elected to represent the various interests of our student community. We see ourselves as the voice of the students and are passionate about advocating for your concerns.

Our responsibilities

The StuRa plays an important role in the university community and has a wide range of responsibilities aimed at making your time at university as pleasant as possible.:

1. Lobby work: We actively promote the interests of all students and represent them in dealings with the university executive board, lecturers and other committees.

2. Managing finances: The StuRa is responsible for allocating funds to support projects, events and initiatives that enrich campus life.

3. Guidance and support: If you have any questions, concerns or are experiencing any issues with your studies, we are here to help you.

4. Events and activities: The StuRa arranges and assists with numerous activities, from cultural to sporting events, which help to make campus life more interesting.

5. Committee work: We are represented on various university committees to make sure that the students' perspective is heard in university decision-making processes.

Your vote, your chance to participate

The StuRa can only be as effective as its members and those who elect them.

Your opinions and participation have an impact on how our university develops and is improved upon. You can play an active role by voting in elections, taking part in our events or even joining the student council. Please note that all university committee meetings are held in German.
